Though I do recommended exercise as part of a healthy lifestyle and will give you recommendations on how to make exercise fun, to fit it into your busy schedule, among other strategies for longterm health.

I work and have worked with clients from many backgrounds and levels, anywhere from the casual person to professional athletes from many sports. So you can be sure I'm ready for any goal or multiple goals you have. I specialize in customized programs because I believe that one size does not fit all. The top athletes in the world got to their level because they had programs made for them and not someone else. While I do believe that we should emulate a lot of the things they do as their results speak for themselves but why not take the best things they do and customize them for you? Their coaches and teams do that for them and I will do that for you!
Most sites and coaches only make it seem like it's personalized and they're working with you. It's an illusion, most use generic algorithms or pre made templates you can find online for free. They never take into account your unique differences whether it's genetics, your preferences, your goals, your experience level, and so many other factors that are unique to you. I personally spend hours on creating a custom plan for you. That is why my questionnaire is so in depth (over 80 detailed questions!) and why I take on a limited amount of clients at a certain time. I only have so many hours per day to work and I will not give a sub par performance. Many others you don't get the actual coach, you get some assistant making the plan or even worse a generic auto made one with some program. With my customized plans, you get a fully customized plan made by me. With my coaching services, you get me and the responses to your questions are from me.
Some are optional but the more info and data I have, the better I can make a customized plan for you. This is not a generic plan that you can get anywhere else, it is your plan and different from anyone else's.
No. You can if you want to but my goal is to make your diet fun, eating foods you like, so it doesn't even feel like you're on a diet. Of course there will be foods I recommend but it's all about me creating a custom diet plan that you can stick to long term eating foods you like. That is the best way for continued success and where my expertise is. This is why fad diets don't work long term, they restrict you too much and make you go too extreme in some ways. Yes, it may seem like you lose or gain weight initially on them but it's not sustainable and your health/performance will suffer.
Yes, that is why it's a custom plan made for you. Even if you want to try a popular diet like keto or something else, while I may not necessarily recommend it but I will customize it for you so it's healthy and done properly and helps you achieve your goals. Or if you have dietary restrictions or just don't want to eat certain foods, I work around any restrictions you may have.
They both are fully customized to your personal needs. The athletic plan is more in depth with questions in the aspects of training and performance for competitions. Athletes usually have multiple goals at the same time, have more difficult training and eating schedules, so I need more info and I have to spend more time to build a plan for an athlete.

I have to spend a lot more time building a plan for an athlete as there are many more factors to consider. Athletes also have much more complex schedules depending on their training/competition and I have to work around that to maximize the results.
You can get results for life because I set up a custom program for you to be followed long term as I believe the best made programs are the ones that are sustainable. Not some 10 day quick results scheme that are so popular on social media. They're click bait, you may try 100s of them but you either get bored or never stick to them to make any real progress. Or they're too extreme and you get initial results but you can't maintain them and you fall off and end up worse than you were before. Then you jump into another one and the cycle continues. Whether it's nutrition questions, training questions, grocery and food choice questions, or anything else, I' ll be there to guide you with consistent coaching.

Currently no, I build the program so you can use any recipes you want. What I give you is the tools, strategies and coaching to achieve your goals. That gives much more flexibility and long term results unlike being limited to certain recipes from only one cookbook. That is another thing that makes me different from other coaches and plans as well that make you follow something restricted. That's like the famous saying goes "give a man a fish and you'll feed him for a day. Teach a man to fish and you've fed him for a lifetime". That's what I'm here to do. However, if you get the ongoing coaching plans, you can take a recipe you want to try and ask me if it's good or if not, how to customize it to make a healthier version of it.
