Recipe Disclaimer
A short disclaimer about my recipes because I soon will be posting a lot of them. I'm not a professional chef.
My first goal with my recipes is to make them healthy, nutritious, or serve a certain purpose like performance, ease to make, lower calorie, certain macros, etc.
My second goal is to make them as delicious as possible.
My recipes can be very similar looking at times to others you see online but I make a lot of ingredient substitutions with the above goals in mind to common recipes which takes trial and error and make them different.
However, if it's really similar with small adjustments that I make, I will do my best to credit and link to the creator of it. I'm a firm believer of teamwork and if another creator has something similar to what I post, just drop me a comment and I'll give them a shout out on my blog.
It's highly possible that they inspired one of my posts and even if not, I'd still love to work with them in some way. It's all about reaching and helping more people!
