It's starting with this blog and site launch. On this blog, I will be covering a variety of topics. My goal with this platform is to help people better themselves, inform, and entertain everyone following me. 

 

A little on my coaching services and the reason I am creating this platform: 
The questions I get asked the most are what is my diet and nutrition? What is my training? What should my diet, nutrition, and training be to improve? 
I get asked this by not only the average person but by other professional athletes. This led me to believe that a lot of people need help in this area. I've personally helped a lot in the past, worked with clients both amateur and pro level, but I wanted a way to make myself more accessible not only to my personal clients and athletes but to everyone. I've been working toward this site and platform for the last couple years using all the experience I've gained in my career as a professional athlete and as a coach just so I could reach more people. 
There's so many different diets and information that it can make your head spin. How do you sift thru all the information and unfortunately misinformation as well?
Keto, paleo, vegan, Mediterranean, Atkins, low carb, carb cycling, low fat, intermittent fasting, IIFYM, ETC. There's too many to even list and some of those are more dieting terms than full diets. I have tried many of these and variations over the years and so have my clients. The difference between simply dieting and dieting in a healthy, enjoyable, sustainable way is vast.
Having the proper nutrition plan and dieting for maximum athletic performance and/or health for your individual needs and/or specific sport is even harder because most diet/nutrition advice you find online is too generalized or extreme, doesn't even work well for the general population as it's not personalized/customized, is not sustainable long term, and doesn't take into account if you have goals that can't be placed into simple categories like weight loss or gain.
This is why most diets fail whether you're an athlete or not. 
That's where I come in. My philosophy is that the diet has to be specialized to you and your goals. I highly customize my own diet to my needs, it takes one thing from one diet, some things from another, and maybe nothing from another. This is what I do for all my clients as well. 
A little about my coaching services: 
By working together with you, I'll create a highly customized diet plan based on dietary needs and restrictions, training and performance goals, and of course to look and feel great. 
For maximum performance and results, not only the type of foods you eat but the timing is sometimes crucial as well. Many foods in your diet can and should be good for you but even if you're eating the right foods, if it's at the wrong time, you won't feel great. 
My ongoing plans will be evolving nutrition plans because our needs change based on many factors, this is why most diets end up with diminishing results and failing. 
On the blog and my social media, topics will include recipes, training recommendations, product reviews, a look into my daily life and that's just to start.
