Baked Oatmeal Recipe & YouTube Channel Launch

Macros if you make exactly like me and use the same ingredients:

500 calories, 73g carbs, 36g protein, 9g fat

Ingredients:

80g old fashioned Oats

400g~ water

a scoop/serving of your protein powder (mine was 35g for one serving) 

20-40g sweetener(optional and depends on how sweet you like it to be and if you're using a flavored protein powder)

Optional toppings:

Whatever you like. Berries and fruit are great options. I used 170g of blackberries. You can also use toppings like nuts, chocolate chips (i recommended sugar free ones), sugar free and low calorie syrups, the possibilities are endless. Just make sure to track them. 

Kitchen tools :

Baking dish that is safe to use in an oven or air fryer. I used a glass one. 

Instructions:

Watch the video above and on YouTube!! Haha, I'll post it anyway as it's very simple. 

1. Place your baking dish on your kitchen scale and measure out 80g of the Oats. Add 400g of water or to make it even better tasting, use milk or a nut milk. However, track the additional calories.

2. Put it in your air fryer or oven at 350-375°F for about 15 minutes. *cooking times vary depending on your oven

3. Take it out. Add your protein. If the Oatmeal absorbed all the water and the protein is not mixing in well, add a little bit more water. Add your toppings if using any.

4. Pop it back into your oven for about 5-8 more minutes.
